Bo practices general civil litigation with a focus on business and construction law. He is a qualified advisor for corporate regulations, business transactions, entity formations, and business disputes. Before joining Milby, Bo gained legal experience and perspective by working as a solo practitioner. With a passion for community service, he also maintains an active pro bono practice in the Dallas area by taking legal cases through Legal Aid of Northwest Dallas, hosting legal clinics with the Veterans Affairs, and serving as a qualified Dallas County attorney ad litem.

Prior to practicing law, Bo worked for many years as a business consultant and financial auditor. He has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies across many different industries including oil and gas, banking and finance, and technology and communications. His broad scope of previous experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the legal and economic risks that affect today’s corporate and commercial environments.
